I love watching Kent Survival…he cooks like a chef. I’m 70 yrs old single girl & just love camping. I use to camp by myself & was never scared. However that was yrs ago & the world wasn’t so bad. Subscribing to your channel.
I've seen Kent Survival. That is a good channel! He definitely knows his stuff and is an excellent cook. Thank you for subscribing to my channel and for taking time out of your day to watch this episode!
😂Char Char boards are delicious they make me cha cha cha with joy of the diverse flavors of what I like to include on it. You said it correctly but... charcuterie 😊 I enjoyed watching you enjoy the nature.
Your coming into your own with these vids. Better each time. I remember a couple vids back I suggested u embrace the rain because it feels like u may get your best content. U did that and then some bro!
I was in the Army and the last thing I wanted to do was sleep outside in a tent. Now 40 years later I can’t wait to do again. Of course it will be way different. But it seems like so much fun.
I love the rain and used to dance in heavy down pours. Whilst was in Kenya's seasonal winter cold rainy season, after hanging out in heavy rain, I developed pneumonia and was in hospital for three weeks. I was on a respirator and my grandparents were unsure that I would made it. I love like a sketaleton when I was returned to my parents, I had no appetite and refused foods except a glass of cold milk or water. God is so good. Years later, I am well, blessed and healthy.
I watched this because my niece 5 years old was laughing her head off watching you put up your tent and playing in the rain. She said funny man. She was correct talk less move faster Heavy rain, tent raising light stuff for season campers I know you agree my 12 girl scouts received their badges mad at me and the other leaders cursing and yelling at each other but they all succeeded in heavy rain bugs flying every where camp site. One girl accused us of bringing in our own bugs. Keep making funny videos
Weather like this was how I camped all the time in my 20s. I didn't mind it. Toughest part was cooking, since I never used a camp stove of any kind, so all my cooking was done over the fire pit. Once I figured out how to keep that dry it was a breeze
First time watching you. You are funny and have a great attitude. I am subscribing to your channel.😄 Plus you have cute dimples. 😄I assume Ashley is your wife. Looking forward to seeing and meeting her soon. I like solo camping. but I love the family videos. The food looked wonderful. Although I couldn't handle all those jalapeno peppers. Not only will it clear your nasal passages, but all your passages. I wouldn't want to be you. 🤣 Have fun on your camping adventures. BTW, I'm 71 yrs. young and an old married lady and used to camp and travel a lot. All I can do now is enjoy watching others enjoy and remember how much fun camping is. Nothing like the great outdoors.
Hello, V--Long time, no see. Luke mentioned you again and I just clicked on this video. Vee I watch Kent Survival, too. Andy is a love. I love your set-up! Especially the tent. You're so fortunate to have been able to go camping with your father and family. Our son is a camper/hunter/fisher and he and his son would go out together like that. I can't go fishing anymore because of the meds I'm on--can't be in the sun because of a couple of them. So I like to go camping and fishing vicariously, through RUclips. I'm 78 and my husband is 80, so we had our season in our younger years.
This is one of the tents I keep looking at for a road trip with the kids out to Pennsylvania and Virginia next summer. I have a Coleman Skydome 6-person with the full vestibule that would work, but I'm not sure if the full-length rain fly on that one might make it too stuffy in the tent. This Cape tent has a ton of ventilation on it and it seems like it would be more comfortable.
The tent is incredible! It would be a solid buy. I have the 4 person version of the Coleman Skydome and the design, build quality, and functionality of the Naturehike Hike Cape tent is much better! Thank you for watching and supporting, my friend!
Love the video. You have everything to take your dad camping except two us army cots best thing ever get them and you will still have them to use with your grandchildren. He might not be able to hike but would enjoy the time outside with you. Have fun stay safe.
I got off white rice, for brown, white potatoes for Yams, white sugar for brown and tea. I also add Oyster sauce and broccoli 🥦, instead of cayenne pepper or jalapenos. I don't like foods that spicy 🔥 or hot 🥵🔥.
I have that same Gazelle, 12*12 no floor. I'll always put down a floor like you did. It's huge, and we call it the kitchen. We have the house tent that has 2 rooms and a screened in floor patio. Closed in floor patio, that we love. The next room can be closed off as a living room, then the high ceiling bedroom.
This is exactly the setup I've been looking for. I just wish the Gazelle had 2 entrances so I could set up my tent opening directly into the Gazelle opening with a separate in/ out door... no gaps. I have a dog, and he would enjoy hanging out in the screened canopy with me. Yesterday, I noticed a dark rain cloud quickly passing over. So I ran out to my garden to pull the cover back over my jalapeño pepper bed so the storm wouldn't damage the buds. It instantly poured so hard, it had hail vibes. I got completely drenched in 2 minutes! Haven't been caught in a rain like that in years. I just embraced it... 🤗 but I LOVE olives!
Sir, your channel ended up in my feed. I am so glad that it did. I just subscribed to your channel. I just noticed this video got 85K views. That's probably why I saw it in my feed. This video is going viral for you. Congratulations and I hope your channel blows up (in a good way). 😁
I watch a lot of camping videos and yours is in the top 3 in my eyes, u explain for I can understand everything thanks for your videos. I hope I see a lot more of them God Bless
Thats a great ser up even in the rain.i love the rain too.surprised you dont have dog or car as a pet.you eat so delicious. Sending angels prayers blessings miracles and angels for protection always and blessings for a wonderful safe trip.❤❤
Kent, this was my 1st time watching ur video. What a set-up I love it. And to have a separate tent to cook was awesome. I dont know much about u yet but I'll check u out ur bio. Plus ur a good chef too food looked delicious. I can't believe u set up the tents for just an overnighter. Blessings Cookie K🤗
First time viewer, and I LOVE my North Face Wawona 6P tent. I'd like to have an instant type tent, but having the huge vestibule in the Wawona is a game changer. I have the huge Teton XXL cot, a couple of small tables and my EcoFlow in the tent, and have my 12v fridge/freezer, my chair, and a portable toilet in the vestibule. Granyed, the mosquitoes are a problem in the vestibule, so your setup is better in that regard.
I have both the Wawona 6P and 4P - they are outstanding tents for sure. The list of gear you mentioned is a solid list and an even more solid set up. Always great to see folks with similar taste in gear! Thank you for watching and supporting. I appreciate you.
I understand your perspective. Sometimes you just want to have a calm, relaxing time in nature. I get it! Thank you for watching and for your feedback!
LOL 😂😂😂 Char-cu-te-rie I too have problems with pronouncing some words. You got me, V, a new subscriber despite the fact that you don't like olives. 😂😂😂❤ I love your spirit ... embrace the moments of your life. Let the rain pour on your face! Yes !!! Rain is a blessing. And you are, too. Thanks for bringing us along with you (and feeling very human (like forgetting the rainflys for the tent 😂😂😂)). I died ... Ha ha ha ha ha Because you said it will rain and yiu felt a raindrop. You looked at your watch determined to put up the tent quickly. But the one thing you needed first and foremost ... He he he heeee ... Oh gosh 😂 So very real our experiences. ❤❤❤ P.S. oh yeah Vornado units are the best. I owned several fans by them. Good choice and is a best camping equipment, too. For sleeping gear, Cabela's extra warm and tall slumber bag (-40°F) model. It's awesome for deep heavy snowstorms (especially near the Arctic). ❤
Just found your link. I enjoy all camping videos. I have that tent so I double liked your video. I like the way you elaborate your surrounding. Good luck with future endeavors. (New subscriber )
If you add green onions to the chicken with a lot of Tony’s seasoning & add whipping cream & boil some spaghetti….that is the best chicken spaghetti!!!! Btw…I enjoyed your video!!!
Love the video! Question…I’m interested in the pouch/jars that you used to carry your seasonings. Was that sold as a set or did you put that together on your own using different products? BTW…I love my Green Elephant poles…that are fantastic…I have 4!

One of the better shows I’ve seen. Superb!
Thank you my friend!
I love olives ! Nice setup you have. Rain is good
Thank you for your feedback and for watching!
Except, it's real wet at the spot where the two meet under the canopy. You'll need about 4 thick rugs, that you can throw in Wash.
I got off white rice, for brown, white potatoes for Yams, white sugar for brown and tea.
I also add Oyster sauce and broccoli 🥦, instead of cayenne pepper or jalapenos. I don't like foods that spicy 🔥 or hot 🥵🔥.

I hate rainy camps, just left a 3 day camp over the weekend and it rained all 3 days. Love the set up and the breeze way/connection from both tents!

Change of mind
Ask Google when you can't remember. But, you were right!
Try Turkish towels for your body and a. Regular towel for cleaning up
You have a homesome smile love your attitude You seem military 🪖
Suggestion. . .....a microfiber towel would get that water off the floor quick and easy.

Hello my friend! Thank you for watching and stopping by. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to support my channel.
This is my first time on this channel. What is in that bag that's strapped to him? I have an idea but not sure.
Love the video! Question…I’m interested in the pouch/jars that you used to carry your seasonings. Was that sold as a set or did you put that together on your own using different products? BTW…I love my Green Elephant poles…that are fantastic…I have 4!
Hello! Thank you so much for watching.
The seasonings, I put together on my own. My wife purchased them from Etsy. You get everything you saw minus the seasonings 😀.
Yes! The Green Elephant poles are awesome! I have four as well and 2 more on the way! Lol. Thank you again.
New Sub Great Video
What type of toilet do you use it looks like a 5 to 7 gal bucket?
Hello and thank you for watching! I use the Luggable Loo Camp Toilet. It is a 5 gal bucket.
I used to like camping and I love big tents instead of 2 man tents. But it's honestly too much work to set that all up. 😅
Oregon says hello
That looks so refreshing
🌧️🧘🏽♀️🤸🏽♀️🥰👍🏽🤎
I used to cook this dish all the time. All time favorite. But I stopped eating chicken. For the obvious reasons or maybe not obvious to you. But I’m going to try the white wine vinegar after cooking. Not with chicken but with pork or beef. Thanks 👍🏾
That sounds great! It's a great dish and pairs well all sorts of different meat. Thank you for watching!
Enjoyed first time watching you but dang, too many ads. I wonder what they used to plant in that field.
Thank you for stopping by to watch and for supporting!
