@Whoissincere, thank you! I'm slowly getting back into it after a burnout. Hopefully, I can get a new video out soon. In the worst case, I have some podcast episodes and shorts coming out from time to time.

For point 5 (Project Data Analysis/Forecasting) Don't you think this is duplication of efforts as the new software are already doing that for SM.
Is there an angle I have missed from your talk?

It doesn't really do exactly that for SMs if you are not yet sure how to read the metrics you are collecting. Plus it eliminates manual work (like calculations). Like it gave me some good insights:
Since new bugs are introduced into every sprint that take 20% of the time, we can estimate that the team's capacity to complete work is reduced by 20%.
Considering that there is heavy technical debt in testing automation that slows down the team and increases cycle time by at least 1 day for every ticket, we can assume that each ticket will take longer to complete than initially estimated. For simplicity, let's assume that each ticket takes 1.5 times longer to complete than estimated.
Since we cannot have a fractional number of sprints, we will need to round up to 11 sprints. However, this estimate assumes that there will be no additional work added to the backlog during these sprints, and that there will be no major changes in team capacity or productivity. It is important to regularly review and adjust the backlog and estimates as the project progresses to ensure that the team stays on track to deliver the release on time.

How can we get it to save all our prompts and is it worth to pay to upgrade?

I think it just saves it in the chats and you can come back to them at any time. At least all of my previous prompts are there and I can open them. As for the upgrade... honestly, for me - not yet. Maybe when I start using it much more.
