    I would love to see a video (possibly a recurring theme?) of things that grind your gears/pet peeves. Not like standard "dont use no lock and this is why" because i feel like that topic has been addressed many times. But more nuanced things that you only see in the path of an optimization expert. nb4 "Erik 'My Advanced Trainings' Darling" reminds me of his advanced trainings lol (i do have them just throwing out ideas for videos)

    What do you recommend Erik if the distribution of the data is not even and skewed for some parameter values? Like you say Recompile brings its own issues.

      My first thought is to figure out what about the query plans make them bad when reused for different parameters, and then try to correct those issues.
