Hey dude, so sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with the unit. The headphone jack itself might be faulty but first thing to do is try a couple of different pairs of headphones to see if you get the same result. If it is still not working then message the Hotone support team as they will be able to help and if it ia a hardware issue then they can advise about what to do. Have an awesome day!
Hey dude, yes that can be done. You can set it up with a Parallel effects chain and set one chain up for the guitar and the other for the bass. Both will run in mono. Hope that helps. Have an awesome day!
Hey Glen, yes that’s possible to do - you can change the parameters of each block/amp/effect in each scene and then save the scene that way so that you can lower the gain on an amp for a cleaner or crunch tone, turn it up for a lead tone, turn down the effects mix, etc, etc. I think I have another tutorial video on my channel covering that which you can check out, or it might be somewhere on my full review video 😊🙏🏽 hope that helps! Yes, you can set it up any way you like - rock, metal, thrash, etc - it has plenty of amp models available (Boogies, Diezels, Engls, etc). Have a great day.
Hey dude, yes thats possible to do. You can set up dual amp chains either via Y-to-A/B or parallel chains and then set for example one output to the unbalanced outputs, one to the FX Send and it will output the different amps to to the different outputs. It also works with the USB where the first output goes to outputs 1 and 2 in the DAW and the second chain goes to output 3 and 4 in the DAW. Hope that helps. Have a great day!
