I finally found the right bag to fit my Traveler's Notebook and art supplies! It's been a slog, but this gem serves my purposes perfectly. I show you the bag inside and out, pack it up so you can see what fits inside, and then take it to the botanic gardens for a little artist date.

Looks like a really handy bag-thanks for sharing it & ypur sketches, Jenn. I'm in awe of your talent-i've tried watercolours (& oils) but painting is not a slill i posess! I can pencil sketch-&use coloured pencils-but that's about my artistic limit. I've been card-making for a few weeks as my own creative 'fix' - therapeutic for me as a way of combatting stress from the situation with my father (now diagnosed with throat cancer) & my own health issues (finally diagnosed with lichen sklerosus after complaining & being fobbed off for nearly 40yrs). Because it was left undiagnosed & untreated for so long, it now carries a risk of cancer so i have to be seen every 3 months. Many congrats on your 700 subs - i wish you many more! It's good to see you out & about & posting here again. Sending good vibes to you across the ether & oceans.

I’m glad to hear you got a diagnosis, Belle. I hope that comes with some effective treatment, as well. Also sorry to hear about the situation with your father. That must be g up so many complicated emotions and I wish you as much peace and ease as you can find through it all.

Aww, thanks for noticing the 700 subs and the progression in my video skills, Lisa! I’m pretty stoked about it, and trying to learn a little something new with each upload. I think I deleted the bit in this video about not being a very good or experienced artist, but part of the practice for me is definitely letting go of all of those expectations and creating just to create. I hope you go out and do it too.

Oops, sorry to add another comment, but I forgot to mention that one of the reasons I like these palettes is you can curate your own personal color choices. They have removable pans of various sizes so you can set them up and change them around to your heart’s content. I’ll quit now. Thanks.
