Unless you are looking for Halal food in Osaka and Kyoto, you cant really get very wrong just choosing what looks good to you in both cities. In Osaka, Okonomiyaki is a specialty that you should definitely enjoy. There is also plenty of seafood, and all other food you might be looking for (Osaka is a foodies paradise). Takoyaki (squid balls) are also something that you should try here. In Kyoto, also a lot of great food, from Gyoza via Ramen to Shabu Shabu and much more. The Nishiki market gets very crowded, but its still fun to visit, and there is plenty of "street food" there.

There's a vegan restaurant in Teamlab planet so I think you can have it! or Odaiba soba noodles restaurant or Ginza Tendon restaurant are nearby teamlab planet!!

What makes the ninja restaurant halal when you just stated you couldn't find a certificate or any kind of evidence to state the place serves halal food
I actually check a website where we can have Halal food in Japan, I didn't ask a shop staff about the certification. they might put it in the back yard😅

Sushi is normally uncooked one but if you like, it's better to say "Nama Igaide Onegaishimasu" it means I would not like to have raw seafood.👍
