Is it just me or is a spiel on Byron Bay against a backdrop labelled Gold Coast somewhat misleading? Adelaide doesnt have numerous beautiful religious buidings. Except for a few they're fairly ordinary. Adelaide is called the city of churches because it was the first English colony that did not have an official religion. Hence religious freedom. Thus a diversity of churches catering to different faiths. Adelaide citizens aren't particularly religious. Most Australians, even Adelaidians are not aware of this.
Ah, the classic case of “you can’t judge a book by its cover” - or in this case, a bay by its backdrop! Maybe we should start a church of travel accuracy! 😂
AI has butchered much of this. Place names mispronounced - icons like Bondi Beach (correct is Bond-eye). Plus the AI is pronouncing punctuation! All the Byron Bay section was narrated a second time but showed the Gold Coast.
Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate you pointing out those errors. It's important for me to get the details right, so I'll definitely look into it for future videos.
Adelaide has no more churches per capita than any other Australian city, and they aren't any more 'beautiuful'. It is a stupid name that some visiting Sydney journalist gave it in the early days after several churches had been built in the city area on prominent corners before areas in between had been developed. South Australians never refer to Adelaide this way and don't like this name much at all.

very nice view....
However, not sure if the view of Gold coast seems the captions/narration are still about Byron Bay...

Yes I guessed that it’s really obvious when they mispronounce words lol
It's always interesting to hear how different pronunciations can change the vibe of a place! Glad you enjoyed the video!

Thanks for sharing your perspective! Adelaide definitely has its unique charm beyond just its name, and it's great to hear thoughts from locals.
Who or what ever is narrating this video are terrible pronouncing coat hanger as “ co thanger “ and live instead of live as in live music
Thanks for pointing that out! We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving our pronunciation in future videos.
