If your mind goes to "is he looking at tinder?" When you see someone looking at their phone then I think you need to fix something about your perception of others. Plus, "do not disturb" is a thing and many people set their phones not to sleep. This definitely sounds like problems a boomer has and would think everyone else has too.
These are dumb arguments. And if you’re worried about notifications put it on airplane mode.
Pro tip: open a booklet, preferably bible, pit your phone inside. Read of your phone, boooommm

I don’t think this is a problem for younger people :) but I agree that it’s a better look to read your speech off of paper. That’s what I did 💕
