Hey everyone! I'm pretty sure I've unlocked/discovered everything, so here's a bit of a walkthrough:
1.) Interact with the wooden planks blocking a walkway near Marceline's house, then talk to Marcy about them. She should mention a hammer, which just so happens to be owned by BMO. Talk to BMO, and play a 3-round game of hide and seek to get the hammer. You can use the hammer to break the wooden planks, but they don't do anything in the public beta.
2.) Return to BMO's third hiding spot (the worm room) and position the camera while in 3rd-person to reveal the poo-brain horse. He'll follow you around the rest of the time all spooky-like. Return to the deck of Marcy's house with the basketball hoop. Move the camera around until the horse has teleported beneath the hoop. Jump on top of the horse, and then to the roof to find Finn's sword.
3.) Using your new sword, break the planks by BMO's third hiding spot, and continue the path until you return to the main room. Fall down to the right to find the first of three snails (this one gives you the dash ability).
4.) Return once again to the worm room, and follow the path again to the open area, and this time dash to the ledge you can't jump to at the right. Dash again to the "door" and enter. Once on the other side, follow the path up to the second snail (this once gives you the ability to air-dash).
5.) While still up on the rock structure, you should see a separate island in the water. Air-dash over to the island and approach that spinning floaty box. Two monsters should appear, so just sword-spam them. Open the box to get Finn's alternate schoolgirl costume.
6.) Return to the worm room, and this time go left upon exiting to the main room. Parkour your way across the rocks to get to the final worm (double jump). There's a sign up there with a nice message from Mike as well.
7.) Talk to BMO again, and select "HACK." None of these work except for the one that deletes your save. Yeah, don't pick that one. Instead, keep asking BMO about the genderbend one; he should eventually give in after 5(?) asks.
8.) As Fionna, return to where you found Finn's schoolgirl costume to unlock the final alternate costume.
9.) If you choose to watch the video, push "P" on your keyboard to get the "with tongue" ending.
That's about it! Let me know if you have any questions or discover something new in the game. Thank you Mike for delivering to your fans once again; it's looking really awesome so far, and I'm excited to watch it develop further!

+ZeroTactics Go up to where BMO was hiding, and position the camera so that your back is to the water. Then move Finn towards the camera. You should witness some poo-brain that way!
+Topher Peck Yes, that's pretty much everything in the public beta. Thank you for making a short walkthrough of it! I should mention that players can change clothes by talking to the ladder inside Marceline's house. Poo-brain horse keeps blocking that path for some reason...

You know, I think this is super amazing; I love it. But, what happens when its complete, will he sell the game or release it for free? Regardless of free or not, isn't this copyright infringement? Won't cartoon network sue Mike if this gets too popular?

The animations are smooth as fuck and the models are pretty well made, but adventure time's art style doesn't translate very well into the super detailed style you're going for. Or at least in pt opinion. None the less the work you did is fucking fantastic and I can tell you put a lot of effort and love into the project, like the subtle blush on Fin at the end and a lot of minor details that really add to it.
Best of luck with the projection in the future. Hope it turns out well
