The Pandora's Box 9 you referred to is a clone by a company called 3H Game copying logos etc. They have just hacked the Pandora's Box 5 960 in 1 and added another 500 games to it. The legitimate Pandoras's Box is only up to 6 and is by 3A Game.
I thought that 3H is a partner of 3A.
@@timedrington139 They are.
Jon Oz They're not hacking anything. It's an official product.
Thank you so much for this video. I've watched about 10 of them so far and this is the only one that has answered all of my questions.
I like how you said to make sure the pcb inside matches the image and it should be a clear green. Then right after you say fakes will be clear blue or clear green.
I think he means the fakes will probably be opaque.
Ok subscribed, thank you for the valuable information!!!! I like how the pandora 6 games play and the menus are spot on!!!
I'll take this over the arcade 1up cabs any day.
This is illegal emulation i just have both and hori arcade sticks for ps4xbox switch etc about 10 arcade sticks

@@85fabricio it's not illegal dummy
I plan on installing this on a Arcade 1up cabinet
@Mike41 I actually found an original Final Fight Arcade cabinet from 1989! Instead of using a Arcade1up. It was in bad shape but I just finished restoring it.. I put a Pandora box in it..over 1300 games! New working coin op!
@@hondaatc1987 dude that's freaking awesome
From what I understand you CAN add roms to this using the USB pretty easily. But you have to keep the usb stick plugged in.
I know this video is a bit older , but I was just curious. Do you all sell the Pandoras Box on your website ? I couldn’t find it. I think I have a clone at the moment. But I may want to get a real one sometime in the future. Thank you kindly.
(Oh never mind. I see you guys have discontinued these. :( do you know where I could still get an authentic real one that’s built into the shell? Thanks
How many repeats of games are on this? On your site I spotted some but would like to know how many games are actually on it not counting the repeats on the same games. Also what’s the phone number to order a pandora?
Also the style 1 with led how long will it take to get to Florida once I’ve ordered it?
They should add ports for controllers. I have a hard time playing arcade sticks. Id still order one . I seen a review of a bunch of panoras box and pandora 3d was top and pandora 6 was a good recomendation if you want to play mortal kombat. I want a pandora 6.
Can you please send a link or tell me where I can purchase the Sanwa silent joysticks from? Thanks
The Silent Sawna Joysticks can be purchased from our website. Just type in Silent JLF into the search bar and they will show up.
this one is the best of all pandora boxes
its the 3a one
...didn’t understand: what is OEM version mean?

I want to buy one. Does this come with games and is it shipping from the states.
It comes with all the games, cables etc. It even comes with extra buttons. These ship from Canada.
Does either the Pandoras 6 or 9 offer favorites lists? Do you recommend the 6 over the 9 because they ditched the alphabetical game listing? Thanks - I'm thinking about picking 1 of these up
Im sorry but none of them support favorites lists at the moment. The 6 is better because of the alphabetical and genre search within the game list. The 6 is all we carry for the game stations at the moment because the 9 is a bit glitchy still.
If I buy one of these from you, do you install the games before shipping?? I don’t have a reliable computer
No need for that. The games are already installed from the manufacturer
Don't, genuine PB6 can be found for a lot less than they will charge you, this guy must be making a killing from this BS.
I want to buy the same PB6 that your are presenting with the Wolverine/Ryu deck. When will it be available? It’s sold out on your website...
We get them in every 1 to 2 weeks
This video is well done. If I buy one of these , it’ll be thru your company
No soup for you!
Could I drop this in arcade cabinet and hook it up to a monitor mounted in the cabinet and be working?
Technically you can but if it has an old crt tube monitor you will need a video converter as well.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa The Sintron arcade board is great for that. Gives a beautiful picture on older displays.
Hi Casey, I can't find Rampage or Altered Beast on the Pandora's Box 6. Please help!!
They are not on the PD6, they are both on the Pandora's Box 9D tho!
So the official Pandora website says the box no longer comes with games installed...Do the boxes you sell have the installed games already?
The ones we have in stock currently do
i just think that playing arcade games on a LED monitor/tv is a crime to gaming. if you are going to invest money on arcade gaming, get a real peace using a CRT. if not, then just download the games and play mame. this is ridiculous and doesnt make any sense.
Hi what is the best size tv/monitors to use
Any size monitor/TV under 60" is best for the resolution it provides. If you go bigger there is a chance that some games will be quite pix-elated.
32 inches is pretty standard from what I’ve seen
Amazing product, great information, thanks. By the way, did anyone ever tell you that you look like pastor Robert Morris when he was younger! Google him, LOL
Hi Casey, as you have said in the video, you can change the custom button setting for each game in the virtual dipswitch settings. Where abouts? I am having trouble accessing that particular menu on my PB6 console which I purchased from you guys recently. Thanks.
The menu is accessed by turning on your PD6, wait for it to load into the main menu, then press the button on the actual PD6 game board to access the menu. When in the menu you will see a few options, it is the one that says game settings. Then scroll through the game list till you find the game you want to change and select it to change its settings.
Yeah I've done that but all it lets you change is the difficulty level and the amount of lives. I couldn't find where to change the button configuration for each individual game...
I just got one of these. Installed games but has no sound, even the start up screen has no sound but 9f I go to the setting screen the sound starts back to games and sound stops. Anyone have any ideas why?
What's the main difference between your $275 and $299 options? I read the specs but they seem the same unless in missing something? Thank you for your time.
The difference between the two Styles is simply cosmetic; The body style is slightly different and Style 2 doesn't have the translucent case around the PCB board inside to cut down on production costs. This unfortunately makes it look like a clone at first glance but we assure all our customers that they are Original 3A Game products. It is just an effort to drop the price for the customer. The difference between the LED and non-LED versions of these styles is that the action buttons light up on the LED version and the action buttons on the non-LED version are solid and do not light up.
I thank you for answering my comment I wanted to know how can I upload pictures to your site so that way you can get a better idea what it is
You have to go to our website and go to the contact us page. Email us through there.
please email us at admin@retroactivearcade.ca
Man where can I get one?? I need it!!!!
Just a question, how do you personally rate the sanwa buttons vs suzo happ. As well their respected joysticks
My personal opinion is our Fusion buttons that we carry. They are a hybrid between the Sanwa and the Suzo Happ buttons. They have the mold/shape of the Suzo Happ buttons but the digital switch of a Sanwa button for a better response and a silent press like a gold leaf pushbutton. You can see them here: retroactivearcade.ca/collections/concave
These videos are great!! Thank so much for these!
The real question is where can i see the entire list of games this comes with?
Right here! retroactivearcade.ca/collections/game-consoles
Hi again thank you again for taking the time to answer my questions can I ask you just one more question is it possible to just replace the pc board with another one I mean it's a plug-and-play system right and I will just have to get the board that is exactly the same as that one the owner who me sold in the system said he was going to send me a new board but I'm not sure if that board is going to be a good one or not I would like your advice again keep up the phenomenal work I want more episodes new episodes please keep them coming
Anytime. If the supplier is willing to send you a new board then by all means get it and give it a try. It would rarely be a case of wiring and controls giving you that type of problem.
What are your thoughts on the wireless Pandora 6 game systems being sold.
We sell them as well, they are ok, they look good and they are a bit more durable than they feel. The Controllers are very light weight and feel cheap but the components are good and everything works well enough, I am just confused to why they use Wifi for the wireless instead of Bluetooth.......
How many mortal kombat are there also how many the king of fighters thanks marvel vs capacom?
How do I switch to full screen Ratio vs widescreen? Also, can i swap in a Pandora 3D board into this in the future?
Not sure if you can? Depends on your version but all the video options are in the settings menu, just press the little black button on the back when it's powered on and loaded into the game menu. If the harness connections are the same them yes you can swap out to PD3, if not you would have to rewire the whole thing.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa For example, I want to play TMNT Arcade, When I start this game, will it play in the correct 4:3 ratio?
What would shipping be from your store to Nova Scotia? I'd rather deal with people who know what's what than wait an eternity wondering if I was ripped off. Once it's at your store, it's made it in the country at least
Our website will give you an exact quote right before checkout but it should be around $30
@@RetroactivearcadeCa thanks
Buy it from aliexpress, this guy is ripping you off.
Is it possible to connect 2 more arcade controllers for the 4 player games?
Only if you have the Pandora's Box 9D.
So it’s not really necessary to download any games because they are already installed on the flash drive, right?
They should be, but lately people have been saying that they are being shipped without the roms so you will have to check your Verizon. All our versions are loaded and ready to play.
Well i got it on amazon and the it says that no games included that is why im kind of getting as much info as i can so when i get it just know what to do
@@kabazorro24 of it says no games then there will be no games included. You will have to contact the seller or the manufacturer, hopefully it is 3A games, they might have a download site. I would like to help you further but not all of these game stations are the same, sounds like you have a clone so we can not provide you anything since it was not purchased through us.

Does the Pandora Box 6 version allow to switch beetween ratio 16/9 and 4/3 to be close the original ratio of the games ?
not on the unit itself, only if your monitor/TV supports aspect ratio switching
How do older games that don’t use widescreen display? (eg the neo geo shock troopers) does this unit preserve the correct 3:4 ratio instead of stretching the video. Thanks
@@markofmelb No, the unit doesn't do anything with aspect ration on it's own as far as I am aware, it'll just stretch to fill the widescreen, it doesn't add it's own bares or anything. I play on a 4:3 monitor, so it's not as much of an issue for me, but you don't have that type of image control - it uses Mame and FBA, but I think the ability to edit anything within them is encrypted.
These things are really good for what they are, and the 'official' 6 gives decent performance, but if you're looking for something with perfect emulation and exact aspect ratios, etc, the options just aren't malleable enough to do that
In a day or two when I'm going to do is I'm going to take pictures of the board inside of it and I want you to identify what type of board PC board this is so if it's possible to change and maybe I can salvage the rest with a new board how would I send you the pictures through RUclips
What's the support like for spares on one of these units?
Spares? As in buttons and joysticks? I comes with a couple spare buttons but you can order upgrades and replacements from our website that are plug and play at any time.
I cannot figure out how to download the games list. I've tried for weeks. My friend who's better with computers is stumped also. If any one can help lmk
As far as I know it is only available through 3A game website. All our gamestations come with the games included so no need to download, sorry I can't be more help.
Oh by the way the system that I have is a clone system unfortunately is there anyway I can put in a better PC board than the one I have because all the connections are in good shape just a PC board is giving me a hard time
Not all boards are the same especially if you are looking at clone game station. The problem is that they all do something different so that the other guy can't copy it. One game board is not compatible with another so be sure to get your new board from the company you originally bought it from.
First encountered this last night, I think it was a clone though, way to light, I was lifting the damn thing every time I do a super, I didn't get to scan the whole menu but my only concern really is, does it have Marvel vs Capcom 2?
No it does not. None of the pandora's box has it. It is a really hard game to emulate.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa thanks for the reply, had my doubts actually. I know about MVC 2 running on a different system but can't help hoping.
Hello, can I just connect two game controllers to it and play with a friend Not using aracde sticks?
Technically yes you can, you should you simpler USB controllers do the buttons map properly but you can try a console based controller first.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa Thank You very much for reply. :)
Thinking about purchasing one. Is it good value for money. It looks legit. Are the games good quality?
Yes, yes and yes! The included controls are clones to keep the costs down but the average player wouldn't know it. You can upgrade them through us as well if you want to.
@@RetroactivearcadeCa i heard somewhere they games are pirated and not as good as the original.. could u shed some light on this if any truth to it.. i was offered one for $350 nz dollars.. i thought that has to be a bargain with 1500 games.. abit of a run down would be much appreciated.
@@mattparr3038 Any multi game system is pirated/emulated Rom games running under the MAME platform. These game stations are running an Android OS and all the game roms have been remastered to run in this OS. China has been making them for many years now and there are many clones and crap out there for sure! The games are all the same, it is the hardware and OS that is running them that matters. That is why you want one Made by 3A/3H manufacturer in China. They are the original creators of this platform and use superior hardware to the so called clones. None of this is propitiatory so there is a lot of scams out there selling clones like the guys that run constant Facebook and Instagram ads with tons of emojis in the tag lines........... Food for thought I guess. We only bring them in directly from the 3A manufacturer that come with certificates of authenticity in every unit so be sure that our systems are original. Our units run from $275 to $350 CAD depending on style and LED options which is about the same price you quoted above.

We sell a few different models now, you would be looking for Style #1 on this page: retroactivearcade.ca/collections/game-consoles
@@RetroactivearcadeCa there's a few different prices...whats the difference?
@@theshadow2958 The Difference is quality, while they are all OEM/Original products they are made differently. They are both the same size. Style#1 is the best quality you can get at the moment while Style#2 they cut some corners with the shape, access to the inside and it doesn't have the translucent case around the PCB board inside to cut down on production costs. hi I really enjoy your show I wanted to ask you a question I just recently bought a Pandora's Box 4S but the system is not working it keeps booting up and then it turns into a light blue screen I was wondering maybe could be something maybe I connected it wrong or something to the HDMI or could it be that the system is faulty and they sent me one that doesn't work I really could use some advice love watching your show keep up the great work
Hi Rosa, it is known that these gaming stations do not work with certain T.V. brands/models through the HDMI connection. They are not compatible for some reason? Try it on a different T.V. or computer monitor to rule that out first. If it is the same on each monitor you try then the HDMI port on the system is probably bad. I would then try using the VGA/PC output for video to see if you can get that to work. If that works and then the HDMI port has an issue for sure. If neither work then you may have a bad game board. Unfortunately, if that is the case it would be cheaper to buy another one than to try and fix it. Hopefully this helps a bit.
Where can you buy a real pandorabox6
From our website at www.retroactivearcade.ca under Pandora's Box Gaming Stations
@@RetroactivearcadeCa Do you know of any UK stockists?
@@colbaker27 I am sorry I do not
Pity he's wrong about the ROMs and doesn't really know what he's talking about.
Is it compatible with the ps3 and ps4?
Nah bro. Ps1 roms. Just need to put in the bin file.
Anyone who buys this system just a tip. You can add your own roms it's a piece of piss. Don't know why this guy says you can't as I've added plenty to mine. With ps1 you just add the bin file to the playstation section on the USB. Mame files are in the. Zip section. Mine came pre loaded with games. It doesn't fit that many additions so buy a bigger USB and copy everything over to it for more space. When you add ps1 games change the game setting to NON vibrate or the game will likely crash.
