    Messi values loyalty.
He wanted to stay with Barca for life, but that ship has sailed.
PSG treated him like trash, so he went to a club that would put him and his family first. And now that he has that, he won’t betray it for no reason. Miami is a part of him now, same way (just to a much lesser degree) Barca will always be in his heart.
He’s not a team hopper. He has too much integrity for that.

Dunno why Maradona is even in the debate in comparing him to Messi...
Maradona is not even close to where Messi or Ronaldo is, the only real comparison would be against Pele.
Maradona has 690 appearances and 348 goals.
Messi has 1063 appearances and 835 goals.
Ronaldo has 1226 appearances and 895 goals.
Pele has 831 appearances and 767 goals.
In terms of ratio wise, Pele is better, Messi has more goals so he wins in that department.
Also Messi has more trophies, passes, awards. In terms of achievements he has accomplished
everything.. Its not even a competition anymore. People ramp up Maradona as some kind of
GOAT. The guy was a crack head and its with drugs that made him who he was. If thats your

@@brando7266 Your talking about the Goal of the Century? against England, although its impressive, its not nearly as good as what Messi
did against Getafe, if you analyze both plays, Messi did more dribbles, nutmegs numerus players and go through the defense where as
Maradona went around the players. If you watch side by side, Messi dribble is above Maradona. Yes Maradona played at a higher tournament
WC vs a League. But still, that does not make Messi goal less appealing. We talking about skill wise. Go watch side by side you will see what
      I mean.
Also another fact, back in the days, nobody was being checked for doping as they do now. Messi might have taken growth hormones, but he
was not high on cocaine and so forth. Big difference, taking drugs is illegal, that is why lots of teams, and even in the Olympics some players
were disqualified because they were taking drugs (illegal drugs)

The tap in Marchant has a record for the most successful dribbles in the same match. The tap in Marchant has the highest number of assists in the history of champions league which is the highest level of football at club level. @@Batesta256 the tap in merchant got his fans believing to vote against messi for puskas awards even though messi has the highest nominations in puskas , the tap in merchant made his fans fabricate facts and made them think he has had the most successful dribbles in a match while he only completed 11 of those 20 attempted dribbles , imagine a fan base so delusional that they can’t even see the difference between dribbles attempted and completed , the tap in merchant has the most number of assists in UCLs while also having the most number of games played , so yea I can see why you love the tap in merchant and like to call someone who actually plays football a rigged merchant 😂

Penaldians don’t know what a fact is , they feel messi has media over his side , while messi doesn’t even speak to the media as often as ronaldo does
Wanna talk about facts and records even I could go on a day about it , but that won’t fit in your brain since your propaganda has been generated by penaldo fan pages 😂
I mean the “20 dribbles in a match” is such a fabricated stuff , every stat record maker in websites have said penaldo only has 11 dribbles completed against benfica but you believe he has completed the most because you read it on some penaldo fan page
The most dribbles completed in UCL match is 16 by messi in 2007 against penaldos united

I do not know why anyone will find it hard to understand why a guy that has won everything his name is Lionel Messi and has 3 kids under 12 will want to retire? If you are Cristiano Ronaldo we understand it does not matter how many kids you have because you will try until you die to be as good as Messi. Messi you have earned the right to do as you want and we in Miami really appreciate watching you play with our ver modest Inter Miami team. As per Cristiano Ronaldo CR7 you also have earned your spot in the history of football, stop trying to be better than Messi that ship has sailed.

What keeps players like Ronaldo to continue to play is because the still have a goal that they are chasing. Messi has achieved 99.9 percent of his goals in football and if he retires today no problem he has nothing else to prove to anyone anymore. With everything he has won and achieved if he says he has reached the peak of career and wants to continue with inter Miami as his last club he has every right to do it.
