    I really like the looks of the MK1 gloves but I chose to buy the Sabas Bella's instead.

      I got the mark 1 and it definitely feels amazing but when I first tried it my thumb and index were hurting bad like going numb but it was only on my left glove. After 2 sessions though it was a bit better but overall the mark one is great. Sabas and MK1 is definitely a go to for me.

      Tried them out today, I actually got the training gloves, and I did notice some numbness in the right glove but I think it may have been from wrapping too tight. But overall I’m happy definitely a underrated brand. 💯

      @@ONLY1U. I'm putting tennis balls in mines to stretch out the piping but definitely an underrated glove.

    How would you compare these to Winning gloves? Let's say 16oz vs. 16oz? I love the foam and leather of my Winnings, but the hand compartment is too large for my preference, and the wrist support is virtually nonexistent (in comparison to my ONX velcro series, but I don't use ONX for bag/pad work anymore because the foam breaks down too quickly from anything except sparring).

    • @andress4876
      @andress4876 8 месяцев назад

      i would say go with rivals or fly gloves if winnings is too large then those two brands might be good for you

    • @Sunyayana
      @Sunyayana 7 месяцев назад +1

      @@andress4876 I've tried both now, Rivals above 14oz. (and depending on the model) is hit or miss. When Rivals fit, they fit very well. Fly Premiums feel amazingly snug and comfortable. Maybe more comfortable than Winnings!

    I have a question im too afriad to ask my coach. I have stage 3 kidney disease should i hold off on hard sparring? I know some boxers take kidney shots. Love your vids btw

    • @combat_corp
      @combat_corp  9 месяцев назад +1

      As a coach, you should 1000000 percent inform your coach. Yes there is always possibility that you could receive a shot to that general area which could be damaging. It also depends on your comfort level. I am not sure if the impact will brutally mess up your disease even worse or if it wouldn't change anything at all. I would ask your coach, he/she should be aware in case of emergency that way he/she knows what to do

    How do these compare to the Tilt 350 gloves?

    • @combat_corp
      @combat_corp  8 месяцев назад +2

      That is a tough call actually! I would say if you want leather go with these if not go with the speed tilt though these gloves DO have a vinyl version as well. I say the speed tilt probably has more of a pop to it and doesn't focus on overall hand protection quite as much but for me they are neck and neck. Both comfy, both fit great, both perform great too.

      @@combat_corp Hey Thanks for the response! I ended up going for the MK1 Select. Well see how it compares to other top tier gloves I have. My recently purchased winnings though seem to be made as good as ever BUT, seems to be less ergonomic, built slightly different and not as protective for the hands.

    • @keiths5931

      Well I received these and to me they are just another clone glove. A very well constructed clone glove but a clone glove none-the-less. Seems similar (though a bit better) to cheaper ringside or title gloves I used to buy for shits and giggles having grants, flores, reyes and winnings back in the day. I sold nearly all those gloves a decade or so ago. The leather isnt impressive and almost feels fake, cookie cutter construction blah. I received new sporting gloves the day after I got the MK1s and they are a work of art AND a superior glove by far. I prefer them to almost everything except my 1v1s (pre current line up but foam and horsehair so more like a peacemaker/made in USA line) and its very close performance wise, the new sporting actually looks better. I bought a recent pair of winnings and they seem different than pairs I bought 10 or more years ago. The quality is the same but it isnt as soft it seems and its a bit harder to make a fist. I often hit on the finger joint and not on the knuckles. Never had that problem with all the other winnings I had previously. Could be a one off but Box-Up Nation agreed with me so unfortunately I dont think so. The winnings were my go to. Not any more unfortunately.
      Everytime someone waxes poetically about a pakistan made glove and I try it I am always dissapointed. I really would like the try Messenger or Hit and Move but when I can get New Sporting or Necali or Reyes for a few dollars more its hard to justify (or less with H&M!).
      Now thier performance is not bad, and they would serve someone well I think but this bullshit about 'better than winnings' , even with my critique of my recently bought winnings gloves, is rediculous.
      Thank you for the content!

    What's better these or Reyes?

    • @combat_corp
      @combat_corp  7 месяцев назад +1

      2 completely different gloves going for two completely different things so that is a hard one to answer. I'd say bang for your buck MK1 because they are about 30-50 dollars cheaper and of very similar quality but have a more pillow type of feel. Compared to the reyes gloves which I think will last through a nuclear blast and are more of a punchers glove. I like them both a lot but off bias I'd say Reyes I like more. I hope this helped... a little bit?
