  • After a month in Lake Macquarie, Wombi's back and we're heading for Broken Bay and then Sydney Harbour.
We cruise extensively along the East Australian Coast on our 13 meter catamaran. Join us as we explore new cruising grounds, cross bars, fix all kinds of problems, ride out rough weather and live aboard for extended periods.
We even have a playlist that gets us on other peoples boats.
We hope that our videos encourage others to get on board and experience this fantastic lifestyle.

Hey Norm and Wombie. More great product mates. I recognise this berthing area. I drove through that same spot and recognise the buildings. Love Port Macquarie. A great spot.

I'm not holding my breath on getting the Swansea channel dredged anytime soon Norm, they are stuffing us around again. Nice to see you caught up with Stu.

Great trip apart from the wind and rain. Thanks for sharing it. How is your new batteries holding out with all that cloud? Is it better than what it was?

Hi Peter, The cloud does drop the input a bit, but amazing how much is still stored.. The new system has changed life aboard. I only run the gen set every Sunday (just to keep it in good condition), but all the systems on board are now powered by the batteries.
      Cooking, Hot Water, Fridges.
It has been a game changer.
      Cheers dude.

G'day mate. I anchored on the seaward side of Swansea bridge in 2003 in Half Done, not far from the RSL (bowling ) Club. Thought it was a good idea at the time to check the generator out. Where to start? Brain fart! The holding tank pump. Cranked her over and flicked the switch - did she work? My bloody oath she worked! A dirty brown slick the size of Tasmania I swear surrounded the boat quicker than you could spit. Shut the whole thing down, up anchored and split before we could be apprehended for violating every law in the book. Enjoying the voyaging

Yeah probably a good idea dude. Amazes me how they hit the same switch at the sewerage plant in a place I was staying (NO Names) and released truckloads. Don't worry the dudes said. It won't have any detrimental effect on the river.
      Strange Huh???
