Crazy like a Fox - S1, Ep 6 (1985)

In this episode, "Wanted: Dead and Alive," Harry (Jack Warden) is temporarily working out of his son's law office. A suspected embezzler who wishes to employ Harry dies shortly after walking through the door and he is mistaken for one of Harrison's clients; the assumption puts a target on the younger Fox's back.
