@@PsychologistPriyaBhargava mam..there is no document of MPCE 46 on anywhere..i have tried a lot..but neither handbook nor book of this code.. i think this is a new one.. its comes against project..but dont know whether ignou will take theortical exam for this or anything else

I think, you should choose 046 instead of project.
