- Only 325 Sq. Ft! Here is my Studio Apartment Tour! Getting my apartment was one of the proudest moments I have because for so long I have wanted my own space. I have so much more peace and am extremely grateful I can even afford it living in a city like DC. I found a "good" deal and do not regret anything. I've been here for a year and It's everything I need at the moment and hopefully I can upgrade in a couple years.

I live in DC. God bless the child that has his or her own apartment regardless of size as long as it's in a nice building and neighborhood.
Thank you for the Comment!!
I love the idea of the goal sheets and Vision board thank you for that idea I love the fact that you made your place your HOME! that's so important may God continue to Bless you and your home😊❤
Hey Korie! Nice spot! I like the layout. Mine is 350sq ft and I actually pay pretty much the same 1275 utilities included. Just thankful I’m not with roommates anymore. Tiny spaces are easier to live in. Have a nice day
Heyy! And thank you so much for the comment! I really appreciate it. If I recall correctly, Vancouver can be a pretty expensive place to live in so great you found a deal that works for you!
Cool 😎 apartment! Thanks for the tour! One suggestion - you can use clear containers for this stuff in your storage area!
Heyy Renee Thanks for the comment 😊It's definitely time for some upgrades. I need some more wall art and a bedframe. Clear containers would be a good investment cause that areas gets so cluttered lol. I've been saying im gonna get one of those bedframes with storage underneath for a year now smh
@mynameisKorie Oh, you're welcome 😊! I'm glad to be able to help.
First organize. Clean and then Show your video.
i love how you make room for a motivational corner! Priorities are there sis 😍
lol thank you, will probably put my next vision board over there.
@@mynameisKorie i love that! walk us through it if you feel called to share
Yaaaay lady Korie ! You Rock ! God's continued best to you always !
Hi! I really appreciate the comment, thank you so much!
ur gonna be big, keep up the good work ❤
Awe Thank you so much for the comment 😭This literally made my week!
Shout out to the first person who comments how many times I said "storage" 😂
I love the Island
Thank you 😭its my favorite part, gotta get a bedframe next lol
You're definitely goal oriented. I don't live in Washington DC.But I just moved into another apartment similar to yours. Like it so far.Hope you do too. Wish I could send pics but I don't think there's an easy way to do that
Yess I love my apartment lol but after a year now I would kind of like another room to go clear my thoughts/have a change of scenery, but overall I prefer a smaller space. I hope your apartment becomes a great space for you as you design it how you want! How do you like living alone?
Yes sometimes more space can help especially if you want to have a safe space to descalate. My living room has a large window that lets in a lot of light so it is nice to lie on the couch and listen to music or read a book. Living alone isn't too bad but I have one friend in the area that we can do things like go out to eat or go to an art museum.
I also moved into this place to have a slightly larger kitchen also so I can do some cooking. Do you cook? And what kind of space would you desire to have and what would it have in it?
Honestly you should think about taking the next 1-3 years and just save all that rent money and live in a converted van instead of paying the landlord all that money for such a small space.. if you can live in a studio then you definitely can do van life… $1200 is too much for a studio, and rent prices is just getting out of hand and the landlords are taking full advantage of it.. just saying, $1200 in 9 months you can save over $10k and just put a down payment on a house
Heyy Thanks for the comment! I'm definitely thinking of making some changes next year lol
O live in a small studio apartment too
Heyy Kelly, thank you for the comment ☺How do you like it? What's your favorite (or least favorite) part?!
nice apartment
Thank you Deirdre! Still working on it lol I need to get me a bedframe next.
