May you please elaborate on the thought process and benefits of using both Finasteride and Dutasteride together daily, as opposed to Dutasteride on its own?
I got a few questions: 1) When do men stop masculinizing? 2) If puberty is stunted to some extent in puberty via something like not enough zinc intake, lack of sleep, taking something that lowers DHT or T, can anything be done after at an adult age. I've heard TRT and HCG can 'finish' a lacklustre puberty 3) During this stage of life, what are the things most important if one wants to maximise masculinization and get things like a wide jaw, full beard, etc.
I’m a 22-year-old male, what is the best protocol to increase your testosterone from 400 to 700 without having the negative effects to fertility long-term.
Can you please explain whether oral minoxidil is a steroidogenesis inhibitor or whether it affects collagen synthesis in skin? I am keen to try up hesitate because of these rumours
I have been taking oral Dutasteride (.5mg/day) and oral Minoxidil (5mg/day) for almost 2 years and am still losing ground. (I was on topical Minoxidil and oral Finasteride for 8 years prior to my current protocol). I've had many blood tests done over the years and DHT is extremely low as expected (7), with other bloodwork being in normal range such as vit D, B Zinc, Iron/Ferratin, etc. Testosterone levels are normal, although lower-range normal. You mentioned that sometimes serum DHT won't always tell the story. Could I have very sensitive androgens in my scalp/follicles where a topical product could help? I've heard through forums that I could have increased scalp testosterone and that a topical 17a-estradiol/Alfatradiol product applied topically could help. I've def crushed my serum DHT but since still losing hair, not sure what else to do. Any thoughts on this subject is appreciated.

How are the Gillett health lab tests cheaper yet more comprehensive than labcorp but it still goes through them?
Maybe their tests are cheap but I was quoted multiple thousands for a "package" of appointments to see Dr. Gillett 😮

How do you assess sensitivity to dht if the serum levels don’t tell the full story?

@@Jim-oc3sp have you checked if your hair loss is due to scalp inflammation? If it is then steroid shots or topicals can help
@@neil_sol According to my derm, there is no obvious scalp inflammation, redness, dandruff, or other signs of topical issues.
