Yes, there was consent, and at the end of the day, it is both their faults, but once David recognized the dangers of swinging on the excavator(while Corinna was on it) he shouldn’t have allowed anyone else on the machine. In fact, he didn’t have his license to operate it in the first place, so this should not have occurred at all. This isn’t about he shouldn’t have done this or he shouldn’t have agreed, it’s about the fact that Jeff could have easily lost his life due to David’s actions. David was swinging him so fast, the excavator was programmed to stop abruptly. He would have known this if he was properly trained. Jeff now faces permanent damages that are irreparable and can worsen in years to come. The fact that David showed little to no remorse after the event, and continued to profit off of the people around him, only to be praised, worsens the situation. David is lucky Jeff survived the accident. He would have been charged with hmocide if not. I don’t think David grasps this idea. I understand Indiana’s sentiment on the matter, but she should fully educate herself next time before speaking on such a serious topic.
When they were talking about like imagine if all the memories, contacts and pics of Zach were erased it reminded me of teen wolf when they couldn't remember Stiles and who he was and he was in another parallel universe. So his loved ones had to remember him to keep him alive.

Also, it’s not just his face and his looks, if you were to actually watch the docuseries you would know that he was going to die if he had fallen and hit his eye at a slightly different angle. Sorry this girls opinion makes no sense. If I get in my friends car knowing they are a licensed driver. I LOVE all of you so much but please don’t comment on jeff’s situation and make a whole episode of podcast about him if you haven’t even watched the documentary. it’s not even about his face he literally could’ve died or gone blind he got brain damaged ,broke his leg and hips and shattered his skull in 9(if i’m not mistaken) places and has life long injuries now that he has to deal with he has been through 8 surgeries since then just to be able to function properly. and in my opinion if someone nearly kills their friend they at least should be beside them and support them through the process (i mean wouldn’t you feel guilty
