Mike, I own a XR1200X. I love the bike, but I know that she's not the sharpest tool in the shed. I'm really impressed with your riding... If you can make a XR go that fast, you can make a brick go fast.
Mike, that was awesome. You're a really good rider. Good to see you testing what the XRs is capable of on a European track It may be slower, buts it's a classic and the only current American bike I like.
I'm french, and it's true they are boring with motorbikes. I didn't realise it was on a french "highway", but when you see a bike like that (no mirrors, lights, no dbkiller, track tyres) in France, you can say it won't do 30miles witthout be arresting, especially on highways. btw, you ride very fast, it's impressive.
Kevin, I wasn't either - but as a one make series at BSB races, it certainly gave the spectators something different to look at and listen to, from all the regular sports bikes.
Some impressive riding mate, They where not ALL being carefull. From the sound of it, some where pushing it them self to. Nice to see you do this on an HD.
four hundred odd euros? That cop didn't have much else to do that day eh? Lovely bike mate. I really love the V twin sound with those cans. I'm thinking of buying a suzuki TL (just for the V twin sound!)
@CaracasVtwin Yes the French Police can charge if they want, lucky in th end as they let us take the bike away with us because they could of impounded it!

Since I have a Triumph Thruxton R I would love to see Mike ride one these.
All it takes is an invite and some budget to get where there's some race action.
Mike I guess my best shot is the lottery. A man has got to keep his dreams alive.
Sweet ride! I love these new bikes. You allowed to post what the list of "race prep" items are?
@yama338dad
The was a 'kit' supplied by Harris Performance that had all the allowed items that you could fit, anything else was not possible.
I love H&D xr1200 Race.
Thanks.
@MikeEdwards09 what purpose would have to be on a race track and not on a mission? I guess they had 50-125ccm bikes, lol. Nice riding man
TERMI PIPES FTW!!!!!
@kevkevsuperrev
No...... they are just being careful, where I was on a mission.

WTF, are the rest of those riders on electric bikes?
Ma è un polmone sta moto....
