Bill Dewey - My guess is he selfishly doesn’t want anyone else to have the pattern because he’s selling the bags and doesn’t want any competition. Then he uses the “I don’t have time!” excuse when he clearly has a pattern because he used it to make the bag. Sick to death of people like him that post this crap on RUclips with absolutely no measurements or instructions. It’s a huge waste of everyone’s time.
