Does this phone power up over a POE cable? So then I don't need a power supply? What is the POE specifications for it to power up?

There is 2 référence for this model :
GRP2604 , no PoE with Power supply on the package
GRP2604P , PoE , without Power supply on the package.
PoE specifications : IEEE802.3af Classe 2, 3.84W-6.49W ; IEEE802.3az (EEE)
