she didnt wash the cabbage leaf by leaf....as she should...+i think i saw a bug on one..at the begining..!...but for sure this kitchen is much cleaner than others...!..THEY NEED BIGGER PLATES OR PUT LESS FOOD..!

Every country has their own twist on ethnic foods. Especially the US. Even pizza is different from one region to another and is different from Italy. Same with Mexican food, BBQ, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Viet Namese, French-we love it all American regional style. But each country no doubt says US versions not real. Wish I could go to every country and have their real cuisine.

学生の時、週一で通っていたなぁ、頼むのはもちろん天津丼(天津丼以外は食べたことない)、当時はテーブル席などもなく、カウンターのみでおっちゃん1人で鍋振ってた。卵を投げるところとか、店主さんが変わっても変わらないですね、広島帰ったら、久しぶりに行ってみたい

When I looked up tinshen-don The the definition was some sort of crab me sauce. I don't see any crab in this sauce.
with crab in it is called Kanitama. it's a Chinese dish. Tenshin-Han or Tenshin-don is a Japanese original dish.
