    i have had mine for a year now and went from a size 22 to a 16 working out 2 days a week so it's good for me

    If you're new to working out like I am, this machine works great. It isn't meant for someone who already exercises regularly.

    You are missing the black knobs on the handles... I have one and love it. I used to go kayaking every weekends...this is easier on my back and arms now since I have fibromyalgia it at least let's me still workout

    You guys are using it wrong 😅, the correct form should be the oposite to what the lady is doing, with a closed arm position you pull with your legs and then with your back and arms then open your arms and as you return to the starting position you close them again… no wonder why is not working for you… just go check the company’s video so you can notice the difference

    Your machine is missing two large black knobs that go where the arms attach to the rest of the machine.

    You really don't need that electronic device, use your watch or wall clock. do however many reps, rest 30 seconds between for 30 mins or an hour, how ever many workouts a day. I give it a ten rating. 5:44

    If you start off your video by saying how cheap the price is then it is expected to have some cheap parts bud.

    You mostly just complained about how cheap everything was lol. Spend some extra money then if you are so concerned about quality next time.

    This is probably a stupid question, but did you put a battery into the monitor?

      Not actually a stupid question. Sometimes it's the simplest things.

      In the back of it there is a battery compartment.

      I didn’t like mine at first, but then I found I, too, wasn’t using correct form. Once I found a video that showed correct form, it worked for me. The battery that came with it did not work.

    Its funny, I was looking at this a few minutes ago and wanted to see some reviews before I committed. At $150, when Im seeing others for $500-$2000 , I figured it might not be "top quality ". Having seen this, I think I'll stay in the $500 range. Thanks, this was very helpful.

    For under $150 it is worth it before spending $500 + if you want to upgrade your workout. You don't need another place to hang your clothing.

    I have a hydraulic rowing machine with two rams one each side . But one thing I like about your rower is that you can push the hand holds right forward where as mine does not go that far. However I do prefer mine it is build stronger it seems I think mine cost about 200 dollars. Any way good luck

    What is she doing with her Arms?? 🤣
    I do plan on ordering it but I read it only allows 20 minutes of workout

    • @homegymstrength3683
      @homegymstrength3683  2 года назад

      Yeah she's definitely not a rower. 🤣 And apparently it can burn out if you do anymore than 20 min.

      What exactly does “burn out” mean? 😅 Like, does the machine break apart?? lol

    is this a safer way to squat if you have bad knees

    • @homegymstrength3683
      @homegymstrength3683  3 года назад +4

      If you have bad knees I would advise starting out practicing just sitting in a full squat position. We actually have an article on this concept that some call the Asian or 3rd World squat (bad name).
      Start with 30 seconds and build up to 5 min.
      Then transition over to body weight squatting insuring that your knees are not tracking over your toes. A proper form squat should actually help strengthen your legs and take the stress off of your knees.
      As usual this is not medical advice and you should always confirm things with your doctor or PT.
