Thank you for your video. I'm still struggling with the muay thai style kick where the leg is bent slightly and how the hip travels first before the leg hits the target. I'm more used to the kickboxing style where it's simply just kicking up at a 45 degree angle. Would love to see a video where you explain the differences between the two, with a focus on elaborating how to raise the back leg in a muay thai kick and the angle it should travel (based on what I see, there are many variations. For example a body kick and a head kick has very different angles)
