Can you guys give a notice or something on your website if your having problems with order fulfillment in a timely manner. Like many others order in stock and pending, multiple emails and phone calls go to a recorded message saying your all busy in warehouse? So no one knows if or ehen thry getting there stuff. Please update with a website message else people gonna be reporting you for no replies and bank retrieving their money back !
Be very careful buying anything from these specimens. I spent a lot of money and they kept saying they were moving and it was in the truck. Had to get the bank to get the money back when nothing arrived after a month.
Are they scammers because I've ordered a crossbow that came to 214 pounds and it just says pending they won't despatch it says 14 in stock so they have them in what's the problem guys pick up your phone or email back thanks
@@mikecoxbent5952 contact your bank, contact Trading Standards. And infact… If you end up with no money, no item and no refund… you could potentially contact ActionFraud if you’re in the UK and report it as a criminal offence of fraud

I placed an order on the 30th November last year and shipping was advertised as 5-6 working days. I contacted the seller on the 19th December because I hadn't received my order and was told that the order was delayed due to Black Friday demand but that it would be with me shortly. I contacted the seller again on the 20th December as I still hadn't received the order and was told it would be with me before Christmas. I have since contacted the seller twice (27th December and 1st January) but they've refused to reply. I have read a number of worrying reviews online about this seller as so am starting to think that they're not legit. I still haven't received my order at the time of writing so have escalated to PayPal for a refund but Preppers Shop UK haven't responded to PayPal either so are obviously just playing for time whilst enjoying my £470 sitting in their account. I don't recommend purchasing from this company.
@wwalsh9335 I'm pretty sure they're a scam company as they stopped communicating with me also. I managed to get my money back via PayPal in the end. I ended up ordering what I needed from 'UK Prepping Shop' and that's since arrived, is recommended going with them personally.
