Same here.... Try your saddle a little higher and set/slide it forward a bit so your knee can get over the stroke without straining the knee as much - so you use less bicep and more glutes 👍
I had a similar problem caused by a combination of an arthritic knee and sciatica, went for a cortisone injection and within a few days no more pain! A real game changer for me. I was told I'd probably get about 12 weeks pain free before needing another one, 12 weeks have come and gone and knee is still good.
Have you turned off Auto Start on your Garmin? That's what mine does when I set off and haven't pushed the start button. The start buttons got that exact same symbol on.
im going with 1 kg more than my carbon cude 140 i had you cant tell when rideing but if u lift the back end up to move round u feel that extra 1 kg. dam good bike and better over rought stuff and down hilling.

The E160 gets good reviews but it’s heavier than most. Is it too heavy?
