Hi Haseeb, you are using probably isolating transformer for your scope? otherwise you can’t use Oscilloscop connected to ground without blowing fuse or demaged your scope

Thankyou for the tutorial. I learnt that the input voltage to the VCC is 230V. I also learnt that the control votage is 3V. In a good VCC what is the voltage at each connection to the compressor?

Hello. Please tell me the specifications of this diode. No matter what I tried, I did not get results. zd is written on the board, which should be a zener diode. The part number on the diode is 5AY. This diode is related to the inverter board of the refrigerator compressor. Thanks
you are right. if the protection diode is short internally then at full 3 phase operation the load arrives at main capacitor so tge DC rail fuse blows up in that case. and the echo signal to the microcontroller is hang. so the microcontroller cannot generate the next stepping pulse

Hello Haseeb, I used a wave meter to measure 3 pins u, v, w and the results were normal. but my compressor still doesn't work, just vibrates then turns off, my compressor uses Jiaxipera, the compressor light flashes 9 times. Have you encountered this situation? I hope you will release a video about VCC3 Compressor Jiaxipera DC Inverter. Thanks

you are right. it starts and waits for the feedback through its sense lines which are connected to UVW lines through resistors if compressor is not connected, that time the MCU disconnects the drive in few seconds

if the board have 2 capacitors, then you can use that central pins of capacitor can be grounded but some boards have voltage sensing line, which gives the voltage sensing a voltage divider network. in that case you have to redesign that voltage divider network to give voltage value to microcontroller

@@HaseebElectronics If I am looking at the right divider resistors R115,R116,R117,R103 then interesting - they are the same value on the 220VAC(2456) inverter as the 110VAC(1156) inverter. The 110VAC(1156) has 2 capacitors 820uF/200V. The 220VAC(2456) has 1 capacitor 400V/220uF.
wonderful. done boards have this vsense pin voltage divider different than 220 now you can modify it easily if the 400v/220 if have connection points on the board for another capacitor then install another 200 volt capacitor and take the central common point of capacitors to the bridge input line and modify the input circuit as the 110 volt board

Hi there.....i hope you can help me out to save some money. I live in Europe. I have a siemens inverter refrigerator. 2 months before it stops working and the motor does a like week 'bzzzzz' sound. I am amateur in this things but i have a hakko soldering iron and a fluke 179 multimeter and i know/have a little practice about soldering/desoldering. I have test all the 33uf electrolytic capacitors. 3 of the capacitors have regular values, +/-5%. One of them have if i remember right is 584 uf and the other about 48uf. I changed the 2 "faulty" capacitors and voila....nothing happended.....same as before. The reading of the new capacitors are equal with the old original ones that i repleace (high- 584-48uf). I notice that when i measure these 2 capacitors soldered in the board values are high, but when i dessolder it and test it again off the board the values are correct. Also the 2 'old' original capacitors that i took off the board have the right values 31.8/32.5 uf. I don't know what to do, should i replace and the other 33uf capacitors or no? Please help me my friend!
