    Artichokes à la Barigoule
    Sauce: White wine mixed with Spinach Artichoke Dip
    Artichokes cooked with onion, carrot, and olive oil, fresh herbs ( parsely, basil, garlic) at the end.

    I can't believe that this so good chef cooking a marvelous meal put some High Fructose Syrup. What a shame!
