actually Anna is just a Steve that got to live long enough to learn how to use guns, then the dwarves disguised the Steve and somehow managed to fool mission control. Then when she's on a mission, the other glyphids smell her and go "nah, that's one of us" and proceed to the next one

Don't you find it suspicious that Anna never takes the medbay scans in the rig? They take one x-ray of her and the jig will be up, they'll see five swarmers stacked on top of each other in a coat

turns out that Anna isn't just any glypihid she's the glypihid queen as even a dreadnaught wont attack her and how she has such a good discuses

Sometimes I think Anna is playing a single player game while the rest of the team is screaming for help. Maybe... Maybe she's not a Glyphid. Maybe she's just got Bosco's AI.
Also, I don't mean to nitpick (I forget to use this too) but you definitely could've dodged one of the Dreadnaught's attacks by using your dash ability to dodge. I don't think you used it once in the video that I could see (appeared to always be off cool down), and it's an insanely useful ability to make distance and leap gaps. Just wanted to mention it!
you're right! very right, i forget to use dash literally all the time. all those hours of scout really make me forget when i play gunner

Hey here's a tip for the litho spikes, the horde of enemies only spawns when you SUCC the foam, not when you splooge it with the foamer.
So what you can do is foam the entire thing, and then with 2 people instantly suck all of it up so you only get a few enemies ^-^

I think it's a similar amount of mobs, but you aren't stuck succing and foaming while also being absolutely swimming in zombie bugs
@@rapidrotation yeah the ambush bug count isn't changing but you still get less from regular spike spawns and larva cocoons

Anna must be a very smart-ish (considering she doesn't know what she is doing half the time) glyphid to not have been found out for so long.

@@nameisnttayloranother piece of the puzzle is that she always clings to ceilings and then needs her team to bail her out.
But you see what is actually happening was that her glyphid nature allowed her to walk on walls and ceilings, and whenever she remembers she's supposed to be a scout she pretends she's stuck in place and falls.

Yooo, Magnetic Pellet Alignment is one of my most-used Overclocks!
Rockpox fact:
If you _only_ foam a Contagion Spike to start with, you’ll only get 0-2 bugs spawning during that time. No extra bugs will spawn.
This makes life much easier so you don’t need to foam and shoot at the same time.
Once you’ve got everything foamed, focusing _only_ on vacuuming will spawn the entirety of the defensive wave at once- usually making it easier to deal with because you don’t need to hold the vacuum awkwardly while waiting for someone else to foam the rest of the Rockpox.
Only downside is coordination though. And that’s a big “if you can coordinate it” lol
my team and coordination don't go together, but thank you for the tip! in all seriousness i'll keep this in mind

The aura radiating off of the witch has strange effects on the bugs, with prolonged exposure they appear to begin showing signs of increased sentience, awareness, and even intelligence. They may learn to hold and use tools and weapons, stand on two feet, trigger firearms, speak english, or fire grappling hooks at the ceiling without any thought into how safe the ceiling is at that given time. oh no… oh no…
now heres the thing with anna, most scouts in full lobbies are generally avoided by the creepy crawly bugsters because they move so fast. now you might think "oh wow that makes perfect sense" BUT i have a theory that has proven to be correct. certain scouts are sleeping with the glyphids and you might be thinking to yourself "...what", but trust me i can explain.
1). all scouts who shoot out their little slingshot to avoid combat never wear glyphid armor, and never have glyphid weapon skins. why you may ask? well the skins clearly have glyphid flesh on them and if we want to keep the glyphids happy we have to not wear their skin. see the logic here?
2). Now this one leads heavily on the "scout = glyphid in dwarf suit" but i promise it's different. see, if you are sleeping with glyphids you kinda gotta have the right tools for the job, cant just go in there with the stuff you got now you gotta bring the hammer and nail, but in this case we're not using tools and instead using glyphid body parts. YES, this is a known technique that scouts have been using for years. since glyphids body parts are so easy to come by and sneak on the ship all you have to do is get that one grenade that turns the glyphids against eachother and get close and personal~ with the buggies. once the bugs see whats going on they'll rush over and either watch or try to join in, creating a giant cluster of bugs swarming eachother and not you! thankfully, i bet you i thought i was going there i could never little dumby dum, little stupid dude

Magnetic Pellet Alignment is my shotgun overclock of choice, it basically turns it into a Nuclear Throne style slugger. You get to shoot at Glyphid Menaces and win.

MPA is a pretty good Warthog OC, so good find. Though, that's not saying much, since Warthog has exactly one bad OC (Mini Shells) and the rest all range from good to very nice, but MPA still ranks pretty high on that list. Also, your friend failing to break that Dread egg was so funny. Tell him to ditch Subata for EPC to avoid that kinda embarrassment in the future.

A bit late to the party, but I wanted to point out that Magnetic Pellet Alignment is probably one of the Warthog's best overclocks.
I'd recommend building it with 12121
Tier 1 gives it a higher RoF
Tier 2 gives it a higher pellet count (more damage)
Tier 3 just lowers the recoil, however any mod on tier 3 works.
Tier 4 should ALWAYS be more damage (armor break is so inconsistent it's not even funny)
Tier 5 I personally take turret whip, however if that's not your style, you can go for miner adjustments.
It's really nice to just 1-tap grunts really consistently with this overclock as it gives more weakpoint damage.
Oh and, good luck on your overclock grind!!

baby steps...
MPA is *the* oc that turned the warthog from my least to most used engi primary. The breakpoints it hits and the extra range it gives you when built 'correctly' make you feel like you're constantly dancing on the slashers swipe of being unkillable or dying immediately, based entirely on if you can pop those glyphid heads. Oh and you can nearly 1 clip + power attack a prae with it at which point turrets, teammates or bosco can poke it to death
i'll have to give it a try! i never really liked the warthog so that might do it for me
@@nameisnttaylor do do do! 1232x is my preferred build, with both turret whip and full auto being viable. It feels ammo hungry to begin with, but that how all engi weapons feel until you start using all your tools at once

But WHY do you use "deep fryed" voice when doing voice-over when we can clearly hear though your gameplay that it's not your real voice
ISTG this kind of voice habit needs to stop, also don't go with 'i have higher pitch when excited and lower when i'm calm" pitch ain't tone
hey! firstly, i appreciate the comment and your viewership.
unfortunately, i'm not too sure what to say on the voice front. i do not "deep fry" my voice internally when narrating, and i don't do anything externally to make it deeper/raspier. i use several filters to enhance the sharpness of the audio (again for clarity, as is done frequently in narration work), but that doesn't quite change the profile of my voice as much as you're implying. as for tone and pitch, regardless of which you're referring to, both can and do change frequently throughout one's day-it seems like you're implying tone can't change?
just about everyone takes on a different "tone" in conversation/depending on the task at hand; someone's humorous tone will not sound the same as someone taking in an informative or stern tone. same goes for pitch and inflections, all of which different people's voices convey differently. if you want to hear me narrating without these filters, you can watch the "how deep rock galactic lost to an enor pearl" video, where i sound virtually the same. this was before i looked into the basics of narration in post production. i believe the only thing it has is a vocal compressor, which doesn't affect the range of my voice; it compresses harsh sounds and consonants, such as t, s, p.
last few things: if you want to hear my voice when i'm just talking (without a script) you can go to the end of "deep rock galactic's worst performance yet," where i just speak to the audience. finally, i would suggest that in terms of "deep fryiness," the intro narration doesn't differ much from the first words i say when dropping in mid-mission just several seconds later
it's unlikely that i'll respond to this thread partially because it'll get lost in my alerts, but i just wanted to throw that out there. i do believe you're mistaken! hope i don't come off as aggressive, it's just that i and some friends of mine have dealt with comments like these outside my videos before, primarily after the release of valorant, funnily enough. no two people speak or sound exactly the same! the voice is a very complex instrument.
tl;dr: i will not change it because i cannot change it. this is just how i speak and that's been the case for years and years. the human voice has many complexities. i appreciate your viewership!
