There was around 700 Polish soldiers during that battle, Germans had around 42k infantry, 350 tanks, numerous artillery pieces and air support. Of those 700 Poles, 660 died during that battle. They surrendered only after suffering over 90% loses and only because their ammunition was nearly depleted. This is the tenacity with which Poles defended their country.
The best part of this song is what happens after it - the entire crowd, over half a million Poles, breaking out into the Polish National Anthem. ruclips.net/video/_SgDJXMCiD4/видео.html
I’ve got a couple Sabaton recommendations that I haven’t seen that many people react to. First “The Last Battle”, which isabout events that took place at the end of WW2, and the only time the Wehrmacht and U.S army fought together in the war, also with some French politicial prisoners, against the SS. It was fought at the castle Itter and involved a tank called “Besotten Jenny”. Second “Ghost in the Trenches” about Francis “Peggy” Pegahmagabow, a native Canadian fighting as a sniper in WW1; credited with killing over 370 Germans and capturing an additional 300, arriving in Europe 2-3 months after it broke out and remaining there until 1919. WW1 ended in November 1918. He served for almost the entire war, _and made it home_, dying at age 61 (possibly a shortened lifespan due to chemicals he got exposed to during the war) a few years after WW2 had ended.
The plan was for Poland to hold Germany for two weeks; France would invade Germany from the west, followed by Britain. France and Britain wussed out. Poland held for FOUR weeks even after the Soviets invaded on Sept. 17th.
You remember Captain Raginis surrendered the front. He came out invincible. He committed suicide. German general Guderian threatened to kill the Polish prisoners. Raginis preferred death and ordered the soldiers to lay down their weapons.

Seriously, if you react to this song live you also need to see what happened after.
Greating from Poland
I love Poland 🇵🇱💞
Songs like Uprising and 40:1 are why Sabaton can get away with getting a crowd of 700,000 Poles singing about German tanks invading France.
