*영상의 내용 중 오해의 여지가 있는 부분이 있어서 김세정 노무사님의 추가 코멘트를 남깁니다. :) 대중문화예술용역 관련 계약서는 반드시 작성해야하고(대중문화산업법 제7조), 작성하지 않으면 5백만원 이하의 과태료가 부과될 수 있습니다(대중문화산업법 제41조 제2항 제1호). 문화체육관광부장관이 보급한 '표준계약서'의 내용을 그대로 작성하게끔 강제할 방법이 없다는 의미로 설명했었는데, 계약서 자체를 작성하지 않아도 제재할 수 없다는 것처럼 전달될 수 있을 것 같아 설명 덧붙입니다!

As a fellow international queer fan of Zerobseone, I appreciate the deep dive into both queer history and movements in Korea, as well as the legal improvements and fights going on right now in the idol industry. I also personally feel that fan behavior towards both idols and queer fans has a way to go, as there's still a ton of homophobia and queerphobia online (and in person) but I'm glad to see that there's those out there who are fighting the good fight and highlighting the fact that we're here to stay. Thank you again, and looking forward to Season 3!
