So basically what I can gather from this is that Elizabeth doesn't understand why Charlie would stay with her, after most of her family members left her in one way or another. At the end, Charlie says, "We're in this together, Evan." Of course I don't know if this was actually directed towards Evan, who is off-screen, or if that was a typo. If it was, then I would take the guess that 'Evan' is actually supposed to be 'Elizabeth', if it wasn't a typo then I would take quite a far-fetched guess that Elizabeth's revival had something big to do with Evan.
There is no typo nor was Charlie referring to someone off-screen :)
(Also my C.C will forever be nameless, so please do not refer to him as Evan)

Now I have two theories theory. I'm not sure about them, but why not.
So either Evan is just a nickname for Elizabeth, but I think there's a more likely alternative.
Elizabeth/Evan presents themselves in a more masculine appearance compared to how they looked as a child. Maybe they're trans. It would explain why they were referred to as Evan, why their appearance is more masculine, and it also explains why they were referred to as "Tired Father" in the Afton Family Introductions meme.
(My sincerest apologies if any of this sounded rude or harsh in any way or aspect. That was not my intention.)

Also I noticed a design quirk:
Susie and Friz (? Dunno how to spell his name) has dark purple tears.
Mrs. Emily and Henry has black tears.
William has white tears.
Dunno what to do with all this info, but I also notice Carl at the end of heaven 2 hell looks like he hates it? (I again do not know how to describe it but his expession stands out compare to Foxy and Chica.)
