- During a visit to FOX 26 Morning News Extra in Houston, veteran singer-songwriter R. Kelly told anchor Jose Griñan that he loves the FOX Television program "Empire" and looks forward to perhaps appearing on the show, especially since it is filmed near his Chicago home. R. Kelly will be performing on Saturday, June 6, 2015 on the Mars Stage at Free Press Summer Festival.
