We call em goggle eye here in South Alabama. I catch a lot them in the deep holes with PVC structures that I put out for crappie in the winter time on crappie jigs. Great show.
It's great to see your video again hope and pray everything is great with you and your family ❤ keep up the great fishing 🎣 video's may God keep bless you and your family always
Yes I always wait for the boats to go by, and I've been known to tell people at the biat ramp that the fishing was bad, even if I had a great day or night and my limit in the cooler .... sometimes you have to do that, but I help most out the best I can when I can ..... 😊
Saltwater or freshwater, if a boat comes by when you are bringing a fish in and they see it, you will have company very soon. I have seen this time and time again. Great video Mr Junior..
Yea, those Warmouth have a lot of names. I call em "tasty".😁 Years ago we were fishing Pee Dee, Dad hooked a large Mudfish, we drug him over into the boat and Dad couldn't get him off the hook. He got so mad he hit the fish in the head with the paddle so hard he put a hole in the bottom of the boat! Boats leaking, I'm paddling for the hill, Dad's cussing and that damn Mudfish was still flopping around.😂
I think you are being wise and discreet sir. If you have a Hotspot and it gets out, you won't have a Hotspot no more. I love watching you catch them warmouth. I have never caught one up here in Missouri. I have caught goggle-eye. I believe they are cousins. Thanks for the videos.
You're making me want to go fishing, but we still have 1 more day of deer hunting. So i gotta go. Lol! I've caught plenty of war mouth in the pond but never have eaten them. How's the redbreast in Black River? I remember when Hugo came through and really messed up part of Black River. One of my brothers and i were at Cooper's store, grabbing a sandwich, and ran into some DNR people fixing to release some young redbreast, war mouth, and some other types of young fish into the river. March or April a good time to fish that river . Are the crappie plentiful in that river? Great video.
Fried fish, cheese grits, bake beans, cole slaw & hush puppies w/sweet iced tea. Don’t get any better.
That’s right!
