This was gorgeous! Love those colors you choose! It’s so sweet to see the little helper hand getting into the act. I just love how you bring your children into your creative area and let them get involved. Creative kids make great imaginative adults. 🥰
I couldn't figure out where you were going. . .and then "bam" it was all revealed! Gorgeous! That is so beautiful! Thank you for sharing. I love when you allow your children to be part of the process!
When you put the heavy layer of black on i scrunched up my face and whispered noooo dont do that - then when you wiped it over and removed the masking paper, i was gobsmacked 😆 What an amazing card, the colours are striking. Thank you for sharing this xx
Wow!!! This card reminds me of when I was younger and we used to do this technique with wax crayon and then scratch out an image to reveal various colours under the black crayon. Super stunning card. Fantastic job as always. TFS. 💜☺️
Love the vibrant colors!!! Even though you know what to expect, it’s still like a surprise when the masking strip comes off. We also did this with crayons as kids. Nice you can buy the “ready to scratch,” paper now, our grandlings sit & create for hours using it. I’ll def be doing your method, what a great use for the solid stamps! Another beautiful genius creation. Thanks ladybug! 👏🏻🙏🏻🤜🤛👍🏼👌
Oh my goodness, I nearly cried when you put all that black ink over your project. But then you rubbed most of it off and revealed an amazing card. I really enjoyed this video Thank you Natasha 😊 x
This was my first time seeing this technique and it is TOTALLY AWESOME!! As always, YOU BRING IT Natasha. And, crafting with your little one, makes it that much more fun to watch. FABULOUS job!! Thanks so much for sharing your creativity with us.
Beautiful updated version of an old classic technique. Adding the balck ink over the beautiful coloured images, reminds me of antiquing on ceramics ... hot mess to vision of delight. Very very nice card.
Wow I would never have put those colours together but of course Natasha does and makes it look stunning, you always amaze me. And it was lovely to see those little hands beside you again
So so stunning!!! I am watching this from bed...on silent as hubby is sleeping.... I freaked when you put the black over the leaves...but calmed down when you revealed the effect!!!
I really like this card, when you started putting the black all over I was yelling at you “ ooh no what are you doing?” But you showed me and you produced another stunning card. I will be sure to give this ago. Thank you for sharing and it was lovely to see little fingers having some some right beside mummy.
It looks fantastic. I recently saw someone do similar and they added a tiny bit of stamp cleaner to the paper towel when wiping. I was surprised how well it worked.
Boy the end results on this card has the “WOW” factor! I love it too! I’ve seen this technique done before but the results weren’t this dazzling! Way to go!
