Upgrade iPhone 4s by DOWNGRADING it?

This is an OTA version of downgrading iPhone 4s there's two option, to IOS 8.4.1 or IOS 6.1.3, no need for computer, just lots of patience.
lemme know in comments if you want 3utools version. although I've only tested with 6.1.3.
and the reason why I go with IOS 8 is modern apps still can run on it and the jailbreak is untethered.

The IOS directory is: /System/Library/CoreServices/
Scroll down till you find "SystemVersion.plist" and open it.
