I simply adore these old time radio dramas! I;m old enough to remember radio, and actually prefer radio over TV! No eyestrain, and excellent, well written and acted programs!!!

These radio shows are so much more Violent than the television ones later on !Which in Friday states that in 10 years on the force he had only fired his gun 2 times !! Almost all the TV ones are basically these radio episodes but of course adapted for viewing . I find myself preferring to Hear them instead of Seeing Them cause I can visualize Vic Perrin , Virginia Greg ,Harry Morgan, Ben Alexander and Jack Webb who was Really great as far as hiring all these superlative actors and actresses on a regular basis . REST IN PARADISE ALL !! THANK'S FOR THE UPLOAD

Odd how subjective sentencing was for murder. The two crooks in this episode received the death penalty but that seems rare on Dragnet. Most the time it is 2nd degree and the sentence is 5 to life. Which means most are out in 10-15 years with good behavior. In one episode a cop killer was ask why he did it and he said he was a cop wasn't he. He got 2nd degree.

They all died of cancer at 40 anyway from all the extra mild Chesterfields.

Did anyone catch the mistake? Hank was the little guy with the knife, but by the time they interviewed the robber, he had become the big guy! Ooops!
