The amazing thing about Fromis_9 is that each member have their own unique voice and style. It makes all their songs sound even better. If you have been listening to them a lot you can start to pinpoint who is singing without looking.
I'M DEAD SERIOUS WHEN I SAID FROMIS_9, OUR GIRLS, HAVE 1 OF THE BEST VOCAL LINES OF 4TH GEN KPOP GIRL GROUPS! So many people kept bringing up the voting rig scandal when it's clearly not the girls' faults (claimed and proven), say stuffs like they're only visual when seriously everyone has talents and potential. I'm emotional so let's me write an essay! 1. Vocal: fromis_9 is famous for sincere singing (sing with lots of emotion) and stable (all 9 members improved drastically). - Jiwon: Our main vocal is top tier, I mean in the top 3 vocalists of gen 4! Her skills and range are undoubtedly unbeatable. - Hayoung: Our main dancer who hits high notes all the time, stable asf, and always get misunderstood as main vocal. - Gyuri: Her voice color is very attractive. Impressive chest voice and adlibs. SLAY in ballad. - Seoyeon: Main rapper and lead vocal! Her adlibs are amazing, voice is attractive and unique (easily recognize). - Chaeyoung: Again, another main dancer that vocal is extremely outstanding. She sings R&B really well! - Nagyung: MOST underrated vocalist in fromis_9. In Idol School she may be a weak vocalist, but she improved the MOST alongside Jiheon. Stable, has great control of her voice, and make good use of her voice too! 2. Dance: fromis_9's synchronization rank 2 in the whole Kpop! That should tell something istg. - Hayoung: Most people don't know about her hip hop background. Friend with NO:ZE, took same hiphop dance class with her, and has pretty great and pro skills in hip hop (when she was in highschool her skills were told to be as good as NO:ZE). PLEDIS pls display it! - Chaeyoung: 1 of the JYP trainees popular for her great dance and choreographing skill (FUN! dance break)! Always execute moves well as if they're nothing. - Saerom: Our girl been on Dancing 9, and her dance skill is fill with charisma. Check out her dances in flaylist guys! Phenomenal indeed. - Jisun: A suuuuper underrated lead dancer! She has her own unique style, and her moves always catch attention! - Jiheon: Not fromis_9's best dancer, but lots of potentials (the most potential in dancing currently). 3. Rap: This is truly the area where fromis_9 lacks the most, but I'm totally fine with it since their concepts aren't heavily based on rap anyway. - Seoyeon: Her flow is what makes her stand out the most! They're catchy, soulful, emotional. Her voice and pronunciation when rapping too ugh! She can handle all kinds of rap, from slow to fast, from melodic to hip hop. - Nagyung: She surely isn't seen by most people as a rapper, but her flow is actually pretty good. She has good potential that can be improved. - Chaeyoung: UNDERRATED. She should be given more lines srslly to showcase her talent. Her flow is unique, and I hope to see more huhu T.T 4. Discography & Compose: I need to say this truthfully. THERE RRE ABSOLUTELY 0 FLAWS in their discography. Every song is a BOP! Every member contributed to the lyrics, and 3 members composed songs too! Talenttttttttttttttttttt 4. Visual: I don't think this one needs to be discussed. THEY AREN'T CALLED "visual_9" FOR NO REASONS! There srslly 0 visual hole in fromis_9. I was actually surprised by how many members have super unique smiles that catch the attention of non-fans: Jiheon, Gyuri, Nagyung, Hayoung. CONCLUSION: fromis_9 is underappreciated asf. They should be noticed more! They literally is 1 of the 4th gen girl groups with the STRONGEST vocal lines, so pls stop sleeping on them! P/s: IMO, fromis_9 is a visual, charms, and vocal heavy group. They lack a bit in rap, but I know they will improve! Their discography has NO FLAWS, so pls spend time listening to it!
I know megan and habbang voices are the best in 4th gen kpop but damn syeon and chaeng are so incredibly underrated it's almost a crime at this point. OTR needs to give more chance for chaeng to have a cover on flaylist please!!!

my top 1. hayoung - ever since i become flover since dkdk shes the one who get my attention 2. nagyung- this dude cant be underestimated, even if shes a sub i like her pitch and i feel like if she practice high note she might be good at it and be one of the lead vocals, overall her voice is really catchy 3. gyuri - i think we all know no need to say. her singing style meeen thats like spices that adds or blends really well in everything 4.jiwon - shes low for me right? shes good but i cant explain but i think its not my style(?) 5. saerom- she have a chill voice that just as good as gyuri that makes her top 5 for me, although i havent hear her sing longer. it might change top 6 cant decide here reason; -chaeyoung- good voice but i feel like shes singing always from her nose, weakness might be some song might not fit well and might destroy the song. but id say shes top 7. if Ill pick -seoyeon- not bad, but i think she have lots of weakness.
