I actually didn't bother going into Chapter 6 at all for this. I just had an idea, was able to do it immediately after Chapter 5, and did it. LMAO

The idea behind this fight was that Mario was broke and had to run some errands with Koopa Koot to make some money, but he couldn't get to him because of the toll. So he made money this way to be able to pay the toll, but then the toll ran away. Why he didn't decide to go Fire Bar hopping or Whacka Bumping, I don't really know.
These badges are designed so the power shell always does 1 unguarded while the jump will do 1 damage if guarded. Partner always guards.

I guess as an added bonus, I end the fight with max HP and FP. Overhealed a lot to do it, but memes will be memes.
I really only used Spin Smash because I thought it'd be fun to make use of Kent C. Koopa dropping coins if you use it even if it's suboptimal. You can easily substitute a second pair of Egg Missiles and Shooting Stars though and win in the same amount of turns. The Fire Pop and Life Shroom pseudo Triple Dip combo was pretty important though for reaching 100 coins. And hey, I discovered this glitch. Why not use it intentionally?
