Apologies for the audio, I was using a newly purchased tablet an was not fully aware of its functions or even where the microphone was located, regrettably my hand covered the microphone at times so very sorry about that, cameraman new device trial and error, deepest apologies at least I'd say I did a good job on the camera work.

I came and was disappointed with this year. 2015 was the best I've been to. A live mariachi band makes a big difference. Plus they didn't get the crowd going as much as they usually do.

RUclipsGuy 505 I saw that on RUclips too, I thought it was awesome! Seems like they're trying a new look on him these days. I heard the reason he's dressed up in that dress looking Texido is because he's been given an invitation to a party in his honor.. but it's a trick, because once he gets to his own party, we BURN HIM. Lol! That was said by the creator of zozobra in a documentary.
Boo hoo 2018 was cold and rainy! It was kinda worth it but I would’ve easily switched it for getting under a blanket in my parents living room on tv.

I hear where you are coming from and I appreciate your kind words and prayer, but there is nothing evil about this event it's only a celebration to good vibes and burning away "old man gloom" aka Zozobra, people even write down thier personal glooms from the year that the builders, just before the burning, they pour inside the the body of the 50ft tall Zozobra to burn them away. It's really a fascinating event, in a sense we are burning down the devil in flames where he belongs, I'm curious as to your thoughts on this and why you may think it's evil ?
ABQGuy 505 I can't say it's evil but instead of people coming to a puppet for comfort Jesus Christ can give them real comfort and love but makes sense instead of seeking the real deal they would rather see a piece of paper mache burn but yet when they wake up the next morning what they burned is still there. If they brang their problems to Jesus Christ he would heal them spiritually emotionally and when they wake up in the morning it might be there but through Jesus Christ loves we have victory through his devine power we have piece through his blood that was shed for a ungrateful people he still shows his love for us not some puppet it only Jesus Christ that died for us to give us a chance to choose him or reject him it's either heaven or hell which one shall we choose?

I hear you my friend, but when you think about it why would a loving God the prince of peace and love would ever want to create a place called hell to burn souls that he created forever, that just seems soo unbelievable to be in fire in torment with never no hope of escape, I firmly believe and love God he has blessed me a lot and I'm truly humble I'd bow and kiss his feet for everything he helped me with in my life, I wonder why God if he loves us so much just didn't rid his creations ( humans) of sin after Adam and Eve did what they did with the forbidden fruit, why do we all seemingly have to pay for their disobedience? Sin was made by God I mean he is the Supreme creator right?
