Smallville could have been so much better, had so much filler and random wacky story lines, the story between Lex and Clark though is what makes this show for me.
I would be watching it right now but my ex literally burnt my blu ray set in her back garden. Jokes on her because the tree her grandfather planted burnt up too
It was sad to see their friendship end the way it did but you knew it was inevitable and you can have a Superman without a lex Luther this is one of the reasons Smallville was so great because they understood the characters Michael and Tom made those characters come to life more than they ever did on the big screen DC should really look at what came before and what truly worked

Lex is literally the most misunderstood and mistreated character out there 💔 🖤.
I actually wish that Lex and Clark could of been best friends instead of turning into enemies likes they were destined to
They were friends in Injustice universe when Clark was already Superman but it ended the same way because Superman became a tyrant and he killed Lex.
