Delightful running session Stewart with so many surprises from start to finish, you have a great selection of locos and rolling stock can't wait for the next one.👍
Nice selection, but I'm still looking for City of Truro. She's my favourite 4-4-0 tender engine of all. Long live God's Wonderful Railway. You did say you'd give her a proper run on your railway. She's a steamy who can never be ignored.
Some great engines on your amazing layout. Interesting to see the two Schools class with the same cab number. That did happen in the real world. Nice session. Stay safe. Mon
Dam that layout is huge. I could spend days running trains around that. I know my son would love a layout this size... epic. Great to see a southern feel. 👍
I enjoy watching your layout Stewart - especially your running sessions! I’ve never seen the steeple cab loco apart from the old Triang one, now that was different. I’m thinking the SR was short of motive power at one stage and brought in Irish diesel locos as a stop gap🤣 - that’s my excuse for running a LNER J39 on my southern region layout. And you’re right, Hornby have reissued the Ruston shunters in new liveries. Thanks for posting!
Good to see these locos. What a selection you have. Million dollar question; "which is YOUR favourite loco?" I like "all models", so "no favourites!!!!" Regards
I love seeing your railway, so relaxing to watch, thanks.
Thanks for that kind comment its appreciated

That's one impressive layout, I cannot imagine the hours it has taken to build, every boy's dream railway.
Its taken twenty years but sadly with advancing years I am just maintaining it nowadays as I have back problems, many thanks for watching,
Stewart
There were a handful of class 47's allocated to Eastleigh for a short period in the 1960's for the Bournemouth Belle.
Yes I thought that was the case, thanks for watching and commenting,
All the best, Stewart
