I think the fact that hes young when debuted contributed to this but it is a good impact on him emotionally others may think its inappropriate but to someone as young as him having some form of family love and some skinship from the people he trust gives him more emotional support both to give and be given to him even at times not all of the members would kiss him but they understand the need for him to have that form of love and or support that his family should be providing to him but supplemented by his members. It may or may not be a fan service but maybe its their form of love for him as being the youngest debuting probably at 17 being a trainee younger than that.
