I am curious about your suspension on the JL. Looks like King Coilovers w/ Double Throwdown (DTD). 14"? Is that an Evo High Clearance longarm or Rebel kit? I can count the number of JLs I've seen with DTD on one hand, so would love to hear your review.
DTD in front with evo high clearance long arm. Still getting some things sorted out...swaybar endlinks bending against the tie rod etc. Coilovers set preload same level right and left result in a 3’ higher driver side. Rides well on road and does well rock crawling, the single evo king coil over would be better IMHO for rock crawling. I believe they are 14” but feels more like 13”. The 15” single coilovers visually have a lot more flex, but these certainly have enough.
Appreciate the info. Been looking at Evo DTD vs Evo Bolt on, both with HC long arm kit. Definitely want all the travel and flex, but also want the extra cush of DTD for bombing etc. Rock crawling is the higher priority though, so that may settle it if sacrifices have to be made...
