He bumped up to heavyweight at 220lbs because the team needed him there and he won 50% of his matches against guys pushing 265-270. Does Tony juice'? Maybe, but genes and commitment pay off.

Referring to comments on his weight gain - Not all kids, 17-22, develop early...I've known athletes in this age range that gained 40lbs-50lbs of good weight naturally between seasons. That's why so many boxers, wrestlers, etc., move up in weight class as they mature...especially if they start at 17-22. Many still are maturing. He may be on something, when probably 90% of ALL athletes between high school to college experiment with some sort of muscle gaining concoction - whether legal or illegal according to the NCAA. Most likely, even your favorite wrestler, boxer or MMA person has at one time probably taken something that's banned from their sport...baseball is notorious for that.

I looked like Cassioppi in high school, wrestled anywhere from 189-229. If you've wrestled you know this sport builds your body better than anything else. He's probably not taking steroids but the acne is slightly a red flag, but thats not uncommon for young people LOL
