My few suggestions- 1: Since the cost is on the expensive side, make the packaging look super premium. I suppose people complained about the packaging not because of the design, but because of the contents being received in a damaged state. 2: Never, I repeat, Never tell which one is ur favourite....... because the moment u tell some flavour is ur favourite, u automatically put the other flavours down 3: Decrease the sugar content, as people dislike sugar these days--- this is not just applicable to "healthy" food categories 4:- U can reduce the price currently by bulk production with a lesser weight...Remember, we all know about dairy milk, because of its 10 Rs chocolate, not the big pack..make it applicable across all of ur local stores (From 200 Rs - get the small Harmony bars to 20 Rs) Thanks and All the best

In last they wrongly packed the chocolate in dark coffee chocolate I got the tang berry chocolate which is not that good

I'm not saying it's bad, but it could have been done better. There are many properties that we keep in mind while making a package design, some of them are design related & some of them are psychological related. As you can compare it with any other brand's packaging, you will get to know the flaws. I know, your job is not to know about the design part, but I think, it was the designer's job that he/she could have made it better.
