Yea, for license you need to comply with the local language too as it’s in Romanian language and for the residency yes you have to do 3 years of PG program to become a licensed doctor in Romania.
@@Eklavyaoverseas So, their's no point going romania for us indians , as it's 6+3 years for license and for us it will be around 9 to 10 yrs for just a mbbs doctor .
License exam means you want residency there. As per NMC they want the registration and the students be registered there to practise which is even possible after 6 years of mbbs
