I actually started walking at the age of 43yr when lipid profile of blood showed higher cholesterol and tsg.
So walk from today. You also feel some of changes what madam has stated in video.

Walking in proportion to weight, kitana steps/ km karana chahiye? Aapase basically sahamat hoon..at 75yrs age I walk average 4500 steps minimum per day.thanks for motivation to all🙏🕉🌹
