Loving this series so far mate, I’m glad you’re showing the problems and problem solving rather than editing for a more watchable video. As a contractor I keep having to spend almost as long convincing customers that problems actually as I do fixing the problems.
I have a couple friends that are contractors and they all say their lives would be great if they didn't have to deal with customers...🤣. Glad You're enjoying the series.
Man I JUST had this conversation on Reddit, and got excoriated because a homeowner thinks that a contractor should keep going on a job that had clearly changed due to environmental factors. Homeowner thought contractor was janking him around, refused to pay, and WOULD NOT believe that when the job changes, so does the contract.
