Does any body have copy of last three pages of BBA signed. They made us sign additional 3 pages and didn't give copy of same.
As far as I remember, it was regarding increasing FAR or something that builder has the liberty to increase FAR at its discretion.
I've heard that MRG has built up extra commercial in it's balcony project and is facing issue in getting OC.
RERA has levied penalty of 30 cr on MRG and has asked builder to get NOC from all residents regarding increased FAR for OC.
